Our surveys are primarily for scientific recording, but we welcome interested people of all abilities and levels of expertise. Please note the diversification of events listed, ie. grassland and woodland. There are some sites where numbers may have to be limited because of difficulties with site access or if they are sensitive sites.
Site details are not published on this website to avoid overcrowding at sensitive sites with limited access. Anyone interested in going on a survey, please contact the Secretary who will confirm your place and send full directions.
Non-members are welcome but should contact the Secretary beforehand at inkcap@fungusoxfordshire.org.uk for all events other than the public event at the Harcourt Arboretum. Supporters of the Thames Valley Fungus Group and the Woodcote Commoners should contact the group organiser in their organisation, who will liaise with the FSO.
In the event of bad weather, contact the Secretary (07879 066876) to find out if the survey is going ahead.
